HTL’s Sr. Innovation Manager, Jenn Mann, recently lent her deep expertise on leveraging remote patient monitoring (RPM) technology as Moderator of a recent panel discussion from Fierce Healthcare and Biofourmis: “Not if but when: Scaling the Impact of a Remote Patient Management Program.”
Jenn was joined by other esteemed experts including Adam Updegraff, Clinical Director of Hospital at Home at Wellspan Health; Rachel McIntosh, Senior VP of Clinical Operations at Biofourmis; and Darrell Dow, Executive Director of Center for Virtual Health at ChristianaCare. Jenn led the panelists in a discussion that shed light on how healthcare leaders are leveraging virtual care and RPM to enhance quality, improve access, and provide a better experience for both patients and clinicians. They also explored some of the challenges faced in adoption of these technologies in the acute and chronic care home environment and provided recommendations on how to best design remote care programs.
