Announcing our new PULSE matches of the 2018 startup cohort! This year, we are pleased to be working with three startups working to improve on various areas of care.

Shaan Chirag-Gandhi is an internist at MGH and a winner of the Year 2 Ether Dome Challenge for SmartRx, an automated natural language processing-based software platform.

This year’s winners, Mobiosense, Pine Health and Rendever, each put forth a product that addresses a major gap of quality and access in patient care. 

Pulse held its awards ceremony June 13th at the Wilbur Theater in downtown Boston, officially sending off its first cohort of 31 startups and awarding $200,000 to three winning companies.

Kyan Safavi recently completed a research rotation at HTL as the clinical lead of product development of the Ping functionality of Mojo 2.0.

This year’s Ether Dome Challenge competition received 144 idea submissions from 89 innovators. 447 members of the Cancer Center cast 2,862 votes online resulting in 21 finalists.
