The Healthcare Transformation Lab (HTL) made waves at the 2025 World Hospital at Home (HaH) Congress in Vienna, Austria. With its deep expertise in tech-enabled HaH, HTL’s Dr. Jared Conley, Dr. Gregory Sneider, Dr. Kelechi Umoga, and Rahul Prabhu joined global thought leaders to advance discussions on enhancing and scaling the HaH care model.

On the second day, Jared, Kelechi, and Rahul presented findings from the HaH Users Group, highlighting key challenges and opportunities in tech-enabled care. Their analysis underscored that many of these challenges are consistent across HaH programs worldwide. Separately, Greg shared his work with Medically Home on effective intake strategies for HaH management.

On the third day, Jared led a session with MGH HaH leadership on the present and future of remote patient monitoring technologies, followed by a joint session with Kelechi on point-of-care blood diagnostics.

Across the Congress, the HTL team shared expertise with both emerging and established programs, connected with industry-leading vendors, explored innovative technologies, and fostered partnerships to advance the global HaH movement.
